Taylor Swift

Anyone who knows me knows I am a GINORMOUS T. Swift fan!  When Taylor came to Omaha a few years back, I missed the show and vowed that the next time she came back, I would not miss it!  So this time around I gathered a few friends and we bought awesome tickets for her show.  Now, I've heard that she is not great in person/concert, but I have to say after her show that I strongly disagree!  I loved every second of the show and thought she sounded amazing!  I would go again in a heartbeat!  I would love to say that Taylor Swift was the baby's first concert, but we did go to Maroon 5 a few weeks ago (which was also an awesome show!).  Although I couldn't take Canon with me into the show, I did take my lil point-and-shoot and actually captured a few good images!

  

A Beautiful Bride

Before the winter came, but when the air was already carrying a chill, I was able to take some portraits of one of my amazing friends in her wedding dress!  Because it was freezing out, we took these in about five minutes, but that's all that was needed.  I am so lucky to have such a beautiful amiga who let's me take photos of her!

Surprise!

A few months back, David and I found out we were expecting our first child!  We told our family and close friends over Christmas, but just last week shared the news on Facebook because, as we all know, nothing is ever official until it's on Facebook!  We are coming up on 14 weeks, and I wanted to share some pictures of this new and exciting time in our lives.  I never want to forget these moments.  I never want to forget the first time we saw our baby's heart beating on the ultrasound!  It is such a beautiful miracle!

Project Time

Wow!  It has been quite some time since I have posted on here!  I took a nice little break over the winter, but I am back and ready to roll!  I though I would start back up with one of my absolute favorite projects to date.  I had so much fun creating this and it was super easy!  So easy that I don't even think it's necessary to put instructions with the pictures! This is my new favorite house decoration, hanging in my room!  Take a peak!

Happy Thanksgiving

Today I am thankful for unconditional love!  I am loved unconditionally by God, my family, and numerous friends.  My life is fuller because of these individuals and they can't even begin to imagine the blessing they have been in my life!  I hope your turkey day was as loving, fun, and delicious as mine was!!!  And I also hope you had a gluten free homemade pumpkin cheesecake...because those are delicious!  Don't forget to thank the One who loves you the most!

Details, Details

A few weeks ago I took some detail pictures for a bride who was going to be married on a cruise ship!  We wanted to make sure she had pictures to look back on without being rushed while on the trip.  All of her details were beautiful and I truly enjoyed taking these shots!  Now that this bride is married, it is safe to post the dress pictures!  Enjoy!

Halloween

Since I have no children to dress up and I myself cannot remember the last time I dressed up for halloween, the responsibility falls to Coney.  This is a responsibility that she is not fond of, but it must be done!  She has no choice!  In actuality, she doesn't mind the cape at all, its the head piece that she always shakes off quickly!  It took numerous treats to bribe her to stand still for 2 seconds so I could try and snap some photos, but it was well worth it for these end results!  Check out my adorable little demon!
